Happy New Year! And Happy Birthday to Spencer!

That's right. I'm one-two-three years old as of yesterday! And it feels GREAT to be finally rid of the terrible twos. Bring on the terrible threes! I mean terrific. And terrible. I can't let my parents off that easy.

I'm just going to post a few photos today to update you all on my goings-on since my last post, which was WAY too long ago, as seems to be the case lately. You wouldn't believe how much time it takes to harrass my dad and mom to take care of my little brother Drew (who just turned 7 months old and is doing a fantastic army crawl, and is ALMOST doing something approaching an actual crawl!). So fewer blog posts, but more excitement.

So first the update on Drew. He's eating food, finally...that is, food that hasn't been pre-processed by my mom (but has been pre-processed by Earth's Best, at least I hope so). And he appears to love it. Here are some pictures from the early days of food for him, around Dec. 19th.

And this one's from just a few days ago - Pop-pop fed Drew!

He's also an exceptionally cute kid, especially given that people say he looks just like I did when I was his age. Which means as he grows older he'll be a toddler Adonis, just like me. Does that make me a toddonis?

But one thing about him I don't get - what's up with the triangle tongue?

He may be part snake. I'm not sure. If he ever tries to squeeze me I'll make boots out of him and sell him to Manolo Blahnik.

Did I mention I had a birthday just yesterday? I had the best party ever! We painted some wooden animals, and someone came to make balloon animals, and we had bagels and lox and cream cheese (my favorite!), and then we decorated yummy mini- cupcakes, and I had a bunch of friends over to celebrate with me. It was sooo much fun!

Here I am blowing out the candle on my cupcake!

And here's a pretty bad picture of the gang...but it gives you an idea of how we were totally at capacity for our as-yet-unfinished media room - I don't think we could have fit even one more friend in there!

And here I am with my Mom as the party was winding down. Let the "awwwww"s begin.

And then later that afternoon, all the Weinberg men sat down to watch the J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets take down the Patriots. I'm not a Jets fan, it's just that the Jets are easy to spell.

Normally we have a little couch in that room, but the toddler chairs were way more comfortable. For me and Drew...maybe not for daddy and Pop-pop.

Just wanted to close with a good picture of me and my brother, who I have admitted on several occasions that I love alot.

Here's to a fantastic 2011 filled with great memories!

Love,
Spencer
